Imagine
picking up anything in a coffee shop: napkins, lids, cups and spoons,
and making a unique book out of your collection.You’ll make uncommon books out of common objects.
We will break all conventions you have about what a book is. Hint: a Rolodex makes a great history book!
We’ll spend the first two classes messing around with found objects to make quick and slick books.
If the feeling moves us we can use some of Studio Bricolage’s advanced tools (laser engraver and cnc engraver). The last class you’ll show us your ultimate book in the grand finale.
